We are seeking a skilled and personable Banquet Bartender to provide high-quality beverage service at weddings, meetings, and special events. This role is responsible for preparing drinks efficiently, delivering excellent guest service, and maintaining a well-organized bar throughout each event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and break down bar areas according to event specifications (BEOs)
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service regulations
  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed during events
  • Provide friendly, professional service and engage with guests
  • Work closely with the banquet team to ensure a smooth event flow

Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience required (banquet or high-volume preferred)
  • Knowledge of standard drink recipes and bar service practices
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
