Corporate Director of Human Resources

We’re seeking a strategic and people-first Corporate Director of Human Resources to join our corporate leadership team in New York City. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR executive to help shape the people strategy behind a growing hospitality organization, driving culture, talent, engagement, and organizational performance across a dynamic portfolio.
Reporting to the SVP of Operations, this role serves as the senior HR leader for the company—partnering closely with executive leadership while providing strategic oversight and support to Area Human Resources Directors/Managers across our Manhattan and airport properties.
This role offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and operational excellence across a dynamic and growing portfolio. The position is anticipated to be based in Queens or Long Island, NY with the final location to be confirmed.

*The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000–$165,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, industry background, and education.
