Position Purpose We are seeking a detail-oriented In-Room Dining Coordinator to manage orders, communicate with kitchen and service staff, and ensure seamless guest delivery experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process in-room dining orders efficiently.
- Communicate orders accurately to kitchen staff and servers.
- Monitor order progress and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain records and logs for in-room dining activity.
- Support service staff with coordination of special requests and VIP orders.
Requirements
- Prior hospitality, front desk, or food & beverage coordination experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
