The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a full-time Finance Coordinator to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for posting daily revenue reports and weekly billing to all internal and external clients. You will also collaborate with team members to prepare weekly and monthly operating results.

What will you do?

  • Compile and reconcile daily sales reports to be submitted every week
  • Manage the accounts receivable process from weekly billing to payment collection
  • Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures 
  • Respond timely to any client inquiries about billing
  • Assist finance leadership with month-end close via journal entries, reporting, or other tasks as needed

More about you

  • Degree in Accounting, with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions, or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks 
  • Prior accounts receivable experience preferred 
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practices 
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high level of proficiency and experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong guest service orientation, with a focus on accuracy in handling confidential information
