We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Food and Beverage team to fill the position of Line Cook.

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a luxury hotel kitchen according to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines. This role requires culinary skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines.

• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and appearance of all dishes.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the line, workstations, and kitchen equipment.

• Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper food storage and handling.

• Support the culinary team in special events, banquets, and in-room dining services.

• Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

• Assist with plating and garnishing dishes to meet luxury presentation standards.

• Participate in daily kitchen prep, including chopping, measuring, and preparing ingredients.

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment.

• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail, organization, and commitment to food quality and safety.

• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Team player with strong communication skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.

• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and work in hot, fast-paced conditions.

• Manual dexterity for food preparation and plating.
