We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our Hilton family. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll create a warm and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. If you love helping people and have a passion for hospitality, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with a genuine smile and friendly attitude
- Check guests in and out, manage reservations, and handle payments
- Provide helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Answer calls, handle guest requests, and resolve concerns with care
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth guest experience
What we’re looking for
- 2 years prior front desk, receptionist, or hospitality experience preferred
- Experience with Hilton PEP system a plus
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
