We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Revenue Analyst to play a critical role in optimizing our hotel portfolio's revenue through insightful analysis and effective pricing strategies.-----The Opportunity: Revenue Analyst

Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for hospitality? Keystone Hotels is looking for a Revenue Analyst to drive pricing and inventory strategy across our properties. This role is perfect for someone who excels at interpreting market trends, forecasting demand, and translating complex data into actionable revenue-generating decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting & Budget Analysis: Develop, maintain, and refine short-term and long-term demand forecasts for room and non-room revenue to maximize profitability.

  • Pricing Strategy: Implement and manage dynamic pricing strategies across all distribution channels (e.g., OTA, GDS, brand website) based on competitive analysis, demand, and inventory controls.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, and booking pace, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing analysis of market conditions, competitor pricing, and historical data to identify revenue opportunities and potential risks.

  • System Management: Utilize and optimize Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and Property Management Systems (PMS) to ensure accurate rate loading, inventory control, and segmentation.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on pricing, promotional efforts, and overall business strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Some college preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and Property Management Systems (PMS).

  • Expert-level skills in Google Sheets and strong analytical abilities.

  • Deep understanding of distribution channels, market segments, and transient vs. group business.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

  • This is an entry level position
