What You’ll Own

As Director of Sales, you will take full ownership of top-line performance and market share growth for your assigned property.

You will:

  • Aggressively pursue new business through local prospecting, networking, and community involvement
  • Build strong relationships across corporate, government, and group segments
  • Leverage market knowledge to identify and capture demand tied to Huntsville’s key industries
  • Partner with the GM and Revenue Manager to align strategy and maximize RevPAR
  • Stay ahead of competitors by understanding rate positioning, demand shifts, and local activity
  • Participate in brand and Helix revenue calls, bringing insight and accountability
  • Track performance and adjust strategy based on real-time data and trends
