Pay: $15–$16/hour

We’re hiring a Guest Services Associate to support our front desk team and help keep guest service moving quickly and smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who likes to stay active, jump in to help, and be part of a team—not someone looking to sit behind a desk all shift.

What You’ll Do
  • Step in during peak check-in/check-out to keep lines moving
  • Help guests with questions, directions, and requests
  • Deliver items to guest rooms (towels, amenities, etc.)
  • Support phones and basic front desk tasks when needed
  • Keep lobby and front desk areas clean and organized
  • Communicate with the front desk team to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
  • Someone who naturally steps in to help without being asked
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace and staying busy
  • Reliable—shows up on time and ready to work
  • Team-first mindset—willing to do whatever is needed
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional with guests
  • Able to be on your feet and moving throughout the shift

Hotel experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time opportunities available with flexibility.
Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Total Rewards

The target pay range for this position is $15–$16 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexibility. Positions based in Minnesota may be eligible for Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) or Paid Time Off (PTO) in accordance with applicable laws.
