The Director of Attractions plays a vital leadership role within the Queen Mary’s overall operations, overseeing the full spectrum of attraction and retail experiences aboard the ship. This role is responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality guest experiences while driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and team performance across all attraction and retail venues.The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality and attraction leadership experience, excels at managing large, diverse teams, and applies innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to elevate both guest satisfaction and financial performance. This position partners closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless integration of attractions, retail, events, and overall ship operations.

As Attractions Director, you’re the captain steering our team to deliver unforgettable adventures aboard the iconic Queen Mary! Your mission: lead with energy, create memorable guest experiences, and dream up exciting ways to boost both fun and revenue every day.

• Master the Numbers: Manage budgets, forecast finances, and optimize staffing to keep the magic running smoothly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in attractions, amusement, or a related industry
• Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and create a culture of accountability within a diverse team
• Strong analytical, numerical, and operational skills with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and labor management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; able to thrive under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Siriusware ticketing system is a plus
