We are currently hiring a Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing (CDSM) to assist with various hotels throughout the entire Concord portfolio.
This is task force oriented position requiring a significant amount of travel of 80-90% and permits working from a office home when not in the field. Candidate must be located near a major airport hub in an existing multi-hotel Concord market.
This is a great opportunity to train, motivate and develop hotel sales leaders, work with new acquisitions, trouble shoot for hotels in need and assist in hotel openings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The CDSM role may vary based on assignment, requiring either a leadership or direct sales focus. In leadership-focused assignments, responsibilities may include training team members, reinforcing Concord sales processes, and providing interim leadership in the absence of an on-property sales leader.
In sales-driven assignments, the CDSM is responsible for identifying target accounts and market opportunities, executing prospecting strategies, and documenting all activities within the hotel sales system to track performance and measure return on investment.
Additionally, the role may support pre-opening, renovated, or transitioning hotels by leading sales and marketing efforts, including execution of pre-opening plans. The CDSM also contributes to key business functions such as marketing plan reviews, action planning, sales reviews, recruitment, and reporting, while partnering closely with Revenue Management and Digital Marketing to maximize results.
Consistent communication with property and regional leadership, including the General Manager and Regional Vice President of Sales & Marketing, is expected to ensure alignment and progress.
