Part-Time Guest Service Agent (Front Desk)

We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Part-Time Guest Service Agent to join our Front Desk team. As the first and last person our guests meet, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences through exceptional hospitality.

This position primarily works the 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. shift, which may include weekends and holidays as needed. If you enjoy meeting new people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Verify reservations, assign guest rooms, and issue room keys.
  • Process payments, room charges, cash, and credit card transactions.
  • Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and concerns to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, dining, and directions.
  • Complete daily reports, cashier responsibilities, and end-of-shift balancing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records while following hotel cash-handling and accounting procedures.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
What We're Looking For
  • At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning hotel management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
