We're looking for an energetic, guest-focused Front of House Supervisor to help lead our restaurant operations. If you're a natural leader who enjoys coaching teams, engaging with guests, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As Front of House Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day operation of our food and beverage outlets while helping create memorable guest experiences and developing a high-performing service team.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations for Lucha Rosa and Rosa's Diner, ensuring exceptional service from opening through closing.
- Lead pre-shift meetings, communicate daily priorities, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding hospitality.
- Coach, train, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, food runners, and support staff.
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation meet brand and company expectations.
- Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and labor management.
- Support inventory controls, cash handling procedures, and point-of-sale accuracy.
- Partner with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication between the front and back of house.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Lead by example by remaining visible on the floor during service and jumping in wherever needed.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant or hotel food and beverage supervisory experience.
- Experience leading teams in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, bar, or lifestyle hotel environment.
- Outstanding guest service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere.
- Experience with restaurant POS systems and cash handling.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Alcohol service certification and food safety certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
