You have sold on vision before a product existed, assembled teams that outperformed expectations, and carried the weight of a pre-opening environment with both grace and grit. You do not need a roadmap. You create one.

Bally's Chicago is a $1.7 billion integrated resort rising along the Chicago River. 500 hotel rooms, 50,000 square feet of convention space, a 3,000-seat entertainment venue, and a meetings and conventions campus unlike anything the downtown Chicago market has ever seen. Bold. Transformative. And not finished yet.

We are looking for a VP of Convention Sales to build the group business foundation for one of the most consequential hospitality openings in Chicago's history. Not to inherit it. Not to manage it. To create it, from vision to strategy to pipeline to team, before the first guest ever walks through the door.

  • Operations and Compliance
  • Full pre-opening sales strategy for group and convention business
  • Team development, account targeting, and pipeline creation from day one
  • Revenue strategy and booking pace across corporate, association, medical, and citywide markets
