We are looking for a detail-oriented Room Attendant who will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable and inviting guest rooms. In this position, you will be expected to clean and organize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas while ensuring a positive guest experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Replenish guest room supplies, such as toiletries and towels
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum and sweep floors
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with any requests or needs they may have
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to work flexible schedule: mandatory weekends, holidays
- Prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
