Room Attendant

Room Attendants provide daily service to our guestrooms and suites to ensure that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. General cleaning and special projects may be assigned when needed. A friendly, courteous, and professional manner and attention to detail are some of the essential characteristics we seek in a colleague. This brief essential job function list is to give a general idea of the job and in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee in this position.

Requirements

Candidate must have two years of previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel

Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills needed

Must take direction well and display a “can-do” attitude

Must be able to work all shifts

Must be detail oriented

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. (corner of a mattress)

Must be able to work at top speed: movements are almost aerobic-like in quality, including high-pulse.
