Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Line Cook to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food for banquets and events, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and presented in an attractive manner.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food for banquets and events according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and presented in an attractive manner
  • Assist with the preparation of ingredients and mise en place
  • Ensure that all equipment and work areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Banquet Line Cook
  • Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and methods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
