We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Hotel Morgan in Morgantown, WV. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is visually appealing
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Line Cook
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
