Job Description
As a Doorperson you will be the first and last impression for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. Your role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Service:
- Greet and welcome all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests with luggage, opening and closing car doors, and other needs.
- Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
- Hotel Operations:
- Monitor the hotel entrance and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with valet parking as needed.
- Coordinate with the front desk and bell staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Security:
- Monitor the hotel entrance for unauthorized individuals.
- Report any suspicious activity to security personnel.
- Assist in emergency situations as needed.
Qualifications:
