Your Impact

As the Front Office Manager / Guest Services Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience and front office operations. You will:

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the Front Office and Guest Services TEAM
  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, reservations, night audit, and general guest services
  • Set the standard for exceptional hospitality and lead by example
  • Ensure every guest receives a warm, personalized, and memorable experience
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the overall experience
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
  • Create an environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and maintaining appropriate front office coverage
  • Ensure hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed
  • Support the General Manager and leadership TEAM with operational initiatives and special projects
  • Step in and work alongside the team when needed—we lead from the front!
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a people-first hospitality leader who can balance exceptional guest service with strong operational execution.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of Front Office Manager or Guest Services leadership experience, preferably in a branded hotel environment
  • A bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • The ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with hotel technology and systems such as OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, or Slack is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, with Spanish language skills beneficial
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both guests and team members
  • A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to motivate others
  • The ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Full availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ready to Take the Lead?

If you’re ready to make an impact, develop a great TEAM, and grow your hospitality career, this is an opportunity to do more than manage a front desk—you’ll help shape the entire guest experience.

Bring your leadership. Bring your passion. Bring your ambition. Join our TEAM and discover your MORE.
