Hotel Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a detail‑driven, organized, and service‑focused Housekeeping Executive to lead our housekeeping team and ensure exceptional cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the hotel. This role oversees daily operations, staff development, and cross‑department coordination to support an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseman teams to maintain consistent quality and productivity.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces meet brand cleanliness and safety standards through daily inspections and deep‑cleaning oversight.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, daily assignments, and workflow based on occupancy and operational needs.
• Maintain inventory of linens, amenities, chemicals, and equipment; oversee ordering and stock rotation.
• Support hotel operations through effective communication, guest service responsiveness, and collaboration with Maintenance and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in housekeeping or hotel operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, safety standards, and cleaning equipment.
• Reliable attendance with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
