Hotel Housekeeping Attendant

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand standards
• Perform daily service tasks including trash removal, towel exchange, and surface cleaning
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and back‑of‑house spaces
• Restock carts, closets, and guest supplies while reporting maintenance or safety issues
• Support team operations and complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in hotels or residential cleaning strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (linens, cleaning supplies, equipment).
