We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented, and service‑focused Housekeeping Attendant to join our hotel team. In this role, you will help ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Overview 

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining exceptionally clean guest rooms and public areas in accordance with brand standards. This includes thorough room cleaning, daily service tasks, and ensuring all areas of the hotel reflect the quality and care our guests expect. The attendant works closely with the Housekeeping Executive and Front Office to support smooth operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand standards, including bathrooms, living areas, and sleeping spaces. 

• Complete daily service tasks such as trash removal, towel exchange, and surface wipe‑downs. 

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, laundry rooms, and back‑of‑house spaces. 

• Restock housekeeping carts, storage closets, and guest supplies. 

• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns promptly. 

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection‑control procedures. 

• Respect and handle guest belongings appropriately. 

• Support team members and communicate effectively with the Housekeeping Executive and Front Desk. 

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 

• Previous housekeeping experience in hotels or residential cleaning strongly preferred. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. 

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. 

• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction. 

• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures. 

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. 

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (linens, cleaning supplies, equipment).
