Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support housekeeping, laundry, and houseman staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Conduct daily room and public‑area inspections; uphold brand cleanliness, safety, and key‑control standards.
• Manage scheduling, daily assignments, workflow, and communication based on occupancy and operational needs.
• Maintain organized work areas and oversee inventory of linens, amenities, chemicals, and equipment.
• Respond to guest requests, report maintenance issues, and ensure timely, professional resolution.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping or hotel operations experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and basic computer systems.
• Reliable attendance; ability to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
