What will you do?

• Answer inbound calls and provide top-notch customer service 
• Use all available resources to answer questions 
• Create reservations and recognize opportunities to offer packages and additional services
• Communicate with hotel and resort front desk staff
• Collaborate with managers to assist customers and reach sales goals

More about you

• Strong phone, listening, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 
• Customer-focused with a love for helping others
• Maintain a positive, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Comfortable using computers with strong typing skills and the ability to multi-task
• Able to use call center software and tools 
• No experience or diploma required

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
