The Corporate Director of Revenue Management will be a key member of the MCM leadership team, responsible for maximizing revenue across the company’s hotel portfolio and supporting revenue projections during acquisition due diligence. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive hotel revenue management experience at the Director level or above, along with strong industry relationships. This individual must be highly skilled in developing independent top-line revenue forecasts, underwriting acquisition opportunities, and implementing data-driven strategies aligned with MCM’s investment and operational goals. We are seeking a collaborative, results-oriented leader with strong analytical and market research capabilities who can effectively communicate strategic insights to operations teams, ownership, and investment committees.

This position has an in-office requirement of 5 days per month in our Warwick, Rhode Island, corporate office. Days can be determined at the employee’s discretion, but must be communicated with leadership in advance.

For candidates willing to relocate permanently to Rhode Island, we will offer a relocation package.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management (Existing Assets)

  • Conduct monthly P&L and STR reviews, extracting key performance insights to shape future strategies.
  • Review and provide feedback on rolling 90-day forecasts.
  • Guide operations teams in budget preparation, particularly around market growth and comp set indexing assumptions.
  • Partner with ownership on five-year revenue projections for investment and asset planning.
  • Support displacement analysis for renovations or large capital projects.
  • Monitor OTA performance and segmentation mix, recommending adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market supply/demand changes across all operating markets.
  • Lead revenue strategy discussions during monthly property reviews and support revenue calls for underperforming assets.

Acquisition Support (New Assets)

  • Partner with the development team to conduct thorough market studies, assessing supply/demand trends.
  • Identify key corporate, group, and contract accounts, as well as market demand generators.
  • Analyze submarket historical performance, select competitive sets, and develop five-year revenue projections.
  • Conduct on-site market and property visits, including walkthroughs of competitive hotels and pipeline assets.
  • Collaborate with GMs, Directors of Sales & Marketing, and Revenue Managers to validate assumptions and inform underwriting.
  • Work with operations to integrate revenue management perspectives into both acquisition underwriting and long-term asset management.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hotel revenue management experience, with at least 5 years in a Director-level role or above.
  • Marriott, Hyatt, and/or Hilton Revenue systems experience a MUST.
  • Strong track record of success in both owned and operated hotel environments.
  • Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, underwriting, and market analysis.
  • Proven ability to independently develop ground-up revenue projections across diverse markets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence in presenting to investment and leadership committees.
  • Strong industry network and ability to build productive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing market dynamics.
