Pay: $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Holiday Inn & Suites St. Cloud is seeking an experienced, service-driven Front Desk Supervisor to support daily front desk operations and lead the guest service team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys setting standards, coaching associates, and ensuring smooth hotel operations across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest communication
  • Lead, coach, and support Front Desk Associates to ensure consistent service standards
  • Act as a point of contact for guest concerns, service recovery, and escalated issues
  • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and onboarding/training of new associates
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, cash handling procedures, and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and hotel leadership to support operations
Qualifications
  • Previous hotel front desk experience required; supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
  • Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation & Benefits
  • $18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • Flexible scheduling (some evenings and weekends required)
  • Eligible roles in Minnesota may qualify for Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) or Paid Time Off (PTO) in accordance with state and local law
