Sand Hospitality is looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Leader to step into a Roaming Task Force Manager role supporting hotels across the Midwest. This role is ideal for a hands-on hotel manager who knows how to stabilize operations, support teams, and step in when leadership coverage or operational help is needed.
If you’ve run a hotel, led teams through busy seasons, and know how to walk into a property and make things better quickly—this role was built for you.
