Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 – $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Monitor and manage daily cash positions across domestic and international accounts to maintain liquidity and support operational funding needs 
  • Execute cash movements including wires, ACH transactions, and intercompany transfers while optimizing cash utilization across the organization 
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts, analyze variances, and support scenario planning to inform liquidity and capital allocation decisions
  • Administer banking relationships, account structures, and banking platforms while ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls
  • Review and process electronic payments in accordance with authorization requirements and established security protocols
  • Investigate payment issues, bank discrepancies, and failed transactions while maintaining effective fraud prevention practices 
  • Drive process improvements through automation, treasury initiatives, documentation updates, and strengthened internal controls 
  • Prepare treasury reporting, support audits, and assist with regulatory compliance and governance requirements related to banking operations 

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5 years of work experience may be substituted for a degree 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance preferred  
  • Ability to adapt and understand changing technologies 
  • Ability to navigate banking platforms 
  • Knowledge of accounting, treasury, and banking required
