About the Role

We’re looking for a charismatic, outgoing, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our growing team!

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be one of the most important faces of our hotel. From the moment guests arrive, you’ll set the tone for their stay by providing a warm welcome, anticipating their needs, and creating memorable experiences.

What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll help create an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with a warm, genuine, and enthusiastic approach
• Checking guests in and out efficiently and professionally
• Managing guest information and reservations
• Assigning rooms and distributing keys
• Responding to guest questions, requests, and concerns
• Providing knowledgeable recommendations and assistance throughout each guest’s stay
• Anticipating guest needs and looking for opportunities to exceed expectations
• Communicating effectively with guests and fellow TEAM members
• Helping create a positive, welcoming, and memorable hotel environment

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, personality, and a genuine passion for people. Hospitality experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right customer-service professional who is eager to learn and grow.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous front desk experience, preferably in a branded or luxury hotel environment
• A strong customer-service mindset and a genuine desire to make people feel welcome
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong listening skills and the ability to connect with a wide variety of guests
• Comfort using technology and software applications; experience with Microsoft Office and hotel systems is a plus
• Experience with platforms such as OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, or Slack is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, with Spanish strongly preferred
• The ability to stay organized, prioritize multiple tasks, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to motivate and collaborate with others
• Flexibility to work days, weekends, and holidays
