Room Attendant

The Abbey Resort, located on the beautiful shores of Geneva Lake, is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to help create exceptional guest experiences. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and have a passion for hospitality, we'd love to meet you.

As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest room is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, helping guests create lasting memories during their stay.

Job Type: Hourly

Rate of Pay: $16-$18

What You'll Do

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and furnishings to resort cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
• Inspect room linen and report or remove items that do not meet quality standards.
• Maintain organized, fully stocked housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies throughout each shift.
• Follow proper safety, sanitation, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas for maintenance, cleanliness, and safety concerns, reporting issues promptly to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Deliver friendly, professional service while responding to guest needs and supporting fellow team members.

What You Bring

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, supervisors, and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Familiarity with HotSOS or similar hotel operations software is a plus.
