Compensation: Starting at $5.15 per hour plus tips, Part-Time

Do you love creating memorable guest experiences, crafting exceptional cocktails, and working in an energetic, fast-paced environment? The Abbey Resort is looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join our Food and beverage team on the shores of Lake Geneva. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive on guest interaction, and have talent for mixology, this is your opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to creating unforgettable moments for every guest. 

Job Type: Part Time - Hourly

Rate of Pay: $5.15 + Tips

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to resort guests
  • Deliver exceptional guest service while creating a welcoming bar atmosphere
  • Maintain bar inventory, stock levels, and cleanliness standards
  • Process cash and transactions accurately following the guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Support Food and Beverage operations as needed, including assisting with beverage service throughout the resort

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current Responsible Beverage certification (BASSET, ServSafe, or equivalent)
  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or resort environment
  • Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and mixology techniques
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Professional, positive attitude with flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
