Compensation: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour,

Whether you’re an experienced line cook or a culinary professional looking to improve your skills, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals and memorable guest experiences. Job Type: Full Time and Part Time - Hourly

Rate of Pay: $16 - $18

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or certification preferred
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen or food service environment
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and resort quality standards
  • Operate assigned kitchen stations while maintaining consistency and efficiency
  • Ensure food is properly prepared, plated, and presented for service
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation throughout each shift
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely guest service
  • Assist with food prep, inventory management, and special dietary requests as needed
