Public Areas Attendant at The Abbey Resort
Compensation: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour,
Full Time and Part Time Opportunity!

As a Public Area Attendant, you'll help maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and comfort of our resort's public spaces while providing friendly service that makes every guest feel at home. What You'll Do

  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout public spaces, restrooms, and guest-facing areas.
  • Create a welcoming environment by providing friendly, attentive service and assisting guests as needed.
  • Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Identify and report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and replenish housekeeping and cleaning supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Follow established safety, sanitation, and resort standards while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What You Bring

  • Previous housekeeping, custodial, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and safe handling procedures is preferred.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business demands require
