Houseman / House Person
Pay:[Insert Pay Range]
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Day/Evening shifts + weekends Anticipated Start Date is January 2nd
Overview
The House Person supports the housekeeping department by ensuring public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces remain clean, stocked, and guest-ready. This role also delivers supplies to room attendants and plays a key part in overall hotel cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
Remove trash and linen from floors and deliver to laundry
Restock carts, supply closets, and guest amenity storage
Assist room attendants with linen, terry, and supply delivery
Ensure lobby, elevators, and public restrooms remain clean and stocked
Support deep-clean projects and special cleaning tasks
Report maintenance issues to the Engineering team
Provide friendly assistance to guests when approached
Qualifications
Prior housekeeping/houseman experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push heavy carts
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to work weekends and holidays
