Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and organized condition.
  • Ensure dishes and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards.
  • Sort and remove trash and recycling, placing items in designated areas.
  • Clean and sanitize garbage cans and other waste containers.
  • Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and kitchen areas as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
  • Follow all food safety, health, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Properly operate and maintain dishwashing and kitchen equipment.
  • Assist with inventory and stocking of kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Support the culinary TEAM with additional tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and TEAM-oriented attitude.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of kitchen, restaurant, hotel, or similar experience required.
  • Must be available to work a part-time morning schedule.
  • Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required based on business needs.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety.
  • Excellent English communication skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a TEAM.
Compensation

$13.50 per hour

Employment Eligibility

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans
  • Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
  • Clean garbage cans with water or steam
  • Maintain department cleanliness and organization, adhere to safe work and equipment practices, and follow all food safety, health and sanitation standards
  • Inventory management when needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience required
  • Must be able to work a part time morning schedule
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexible work schedule required for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
