Reservations Agent at The Abbey Resort
Compensation: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour,

Start every great guest experience as a Reservations Agent at The Abbey Resort! As a key member of our Reservations team, you'll help guests plan their stay by answering questions, securing accommodations, and providing personalized service that reflects our commitment to hospitality. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to build rapport with guests will help ensure a smooth reservation process and set the stage for an outstanding resort experience.

Job Type: Full Time, Hourly

Rate of Pay: $14-$16

What You'll Do

  • Assist guests with room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Answer questions about accommodations, rates, amenities, and resort offerings.
  • Provide exceptional service while handling guest requests and special accommodations.
  • Process deposits and maintain accurate reservations records.
  • Collaborate with resort departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hospitality, reservations, front desk, or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with computers and data entry.
  • Detail=oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
